Suit charges Mega execs with insider trading

Sept. 26, 2008—Former Rose Art principals Lawrence and Jeffrey Rosen this week filed a lawsuit accusing Mega Brands’ top brass of insider trading, a claim recently refuted by an internal Mega Brands investigation.
