1. I smoked cigarettes for decades and giving up was very hard. I tried out all of the stopping tips but nothing at all helped. Then I found the e-cigarette. The smokeless cigarette uses a nicotine mixture that is made out of just nicotine. Not any poisons at all. They have already completely made all the difference.
